Buckwheat and Rice Bread

Ingredients

300g (12oz) buckwheat fl our
• 150g (6oz) brown rice fl our
• 1½ packets easy yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp oil
• ½ -1 tbsp salt
• 425ml (3/4pt) water

Instructions
• Mix together the flours and easy yeast
• Add the sugar, oil, salt and water
• Mix to a thick batter
• Grease and fl our 2 x 500g (1 lb) loaf tins
• Divide mix between the tins and cover
• Leave to rise in a warm place for 20-30 mins
• Bake at 230°C (450°F/Gas mark 8) for 35-40 mins
