Chocolate coconut power balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of nuts
  • 12 pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup for rolling
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 ½ tbls cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbls water

 Instructions

  • Poor the ingredients and blend until well mixed into a food processor and pulse until they are roughly chopped
  • Spoon out mixture and roll into balls
  • Coat each ball in the 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  • Place on a baking sheet in the fridge until they harden (approximately 30 minutes)
  • Store in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
